Refunds & Exchanges



General Information

Please ensure that all parcels are secure and that you use a postal service that insures for the value of the items that you are posting and that offers tracking options. We are not responsible for any return that is lost in transit.

Products can only be returned within 7 days of receiving. We do not accept returns on items that are on sale or change of mind. Products must be unworn and in original condition. Products must be in original packaging with receipt and any other paperwork sent with the order. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the item/s being mailed back to the shipping address on the original order at your expense. 

Faulty Products 

All faulty items returned to us will be checked . If it is agreed that the product is faulty we will issue a replacement of the item or a store credit voucher (valid for 3 months from issue date) or at our discretion a refund. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you are responsible for paying the delivery charges unless the product is found to be faulty in which we will reimburse shipping cost.



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please notify us (by calling (03) 5381 0000)of the exchange so we don’t charge you twice.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us on (03) 5381 0000. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
